Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Dependent on Services Rendered: Refunds, if applicable, are based on the services that have been completed and agreed upon by both parties as outlined in the signed contract.
No Refund After Contract Signing: Once a contract is signed, refunds are generally not applicable unless otherwise stated in specific circumstances agreed upon by both parties.
2. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Retainers: Contracts with monthly retainers require a minimum 30-day notice for cancellation, as specified in the contract terms.
Long-Term Contracts: Contracts extending beyond one year may include provisions for early termination, typically involving a negotiated buyout agreed upon by both parties.
